  LIP Coimbra Computing Infrastructure is down
  
  Dear all, the infrastructure of LIP Coimbra is down due to a water leak. One of the systems affected is the LIP Coimbra mail server, please be patient if no answer is received for mails sent to LIP Coimbra.

  New lists were created to make easier the communication of non-work related topics or as we called it "off-topics". And thus prevent messages with content for internal consumption from being sent to everyone associated with the list "all.users".
  
  For this system to work, from now on, whenever you need to send this type of email, please do it through these lists.
