Recommendations

• Always use the acronym LIP — and start by the acronym! 
• LIP should appear in a separate line. If this is impossible, LIP should come first. 
• LIP should appear as an autonomous institution, not as part of a university.
• You may decide to include the complete address, just the LIP node, or none.     
• Use LIP's name in Portuguese. If this is clearly not appropriate, the official name in english is: Laboratory for Instrumentation and Experimental Particle Physics
• Whenever you are reviewing a paper, please remember to check the authors and affiliations. Within collaborations, check and update the LIP author list regularly.
